I really like these images, the majority of them are photography rather than film stills but I can see the qualities in them I'm looking for in my film stills. Stark, open spaces with interesting colour schemes and nothing much actually happening. The bareness of it though adds to the wonder of the image though, can't help but imagine what is going on in the pictures; why is the arm chair empty and lit with a dim light? why is there red in the window of the above house? And because colours have emotions attached to them, coupled with the fact its a film still, our imaginations run wild.
