I seen some weird movies before but Kenneth Anger is a truly weird guy, I have just watched Inauguration of the Pleasure Dome and I have absolutely no idea what happened or what the film was meant to make me feel, and I love it! This ambiguity, art for arts sake and surreallness is definitely what I'm going for in my images, something that doesn't have to mean anything but simply looks good out of its context. I'm going to watch a few more of Anger's movies and then move onto other surreal cinema, above are some of the screen shots I took form the film.
